It's a hand blended mix of
nuts, fruit, vegetables and some seeds and grains sized for your medium bird.
Ingredients: Banana, pineapple, papaya, raisins, white millet, safflower, red millet, hulled sunflower, cracked corn, cranberries, sweet potatoes, chopped dates, peeled oats, milo, green peas, apricots, apple, carrots, spinach flakes, celery flakes, pumpkin seeds, wheat, almonds, walnuts, cashews,

Great Food
I purchased the "Nature Garden Mix" and the "Honey Nuggets" for my Caique. He absolutely loves the Garden mix, as far as the Nuggets go I dont think he has been able to try them bc he keeps trying to "dunk" them in he water bowl and they sink to the bottom. LOL. Anyway the Garden mix has to be the freshest I ever encounter. Upon opening the (double) bag your senses are hit with the freshest smell of greens and seeds that you will never encounter with commerical bird food mixes. Definitely will buy again.
